Whether simple or complex, your event registration and ticketing experience can be more successful and beautiful with the Advanced Event Editor.
The Advanced Event Editor can:
- Save you time
- Simplify your events
- Incentivize your audience to buy more tickets
- Simplify your ticket options
- Modify Prices with Taxes, Fees and Discounts
- Control the look of your event pages and ticket selector
This is a lot of information, and we have a nearly full-length video about the Advaned Event Editor available if you want to watch a video about it. 🙂
Save You Time
With the Advanced Event Editor you can duplicate: events, datetimes, and tickets. So when you go to create a new event, datetime or ticket, you can start with an existing one and do it faster than starting from scratch.
– Duplicate an Event –
– Duplicate Datetimes and Tickets –
You can also create default tickets to be created when you create a new event.
– Create Default Ticket –
The more you use the Advanced Event Editor the more time you can save.
Simplify Your Events
If you have the same event that occurs on multiple days, or an event that is part of a bigger overall event, you can keep all the ticketing within one event. Here is an example where an art class has a date for an information session and then several classes. These are separate events; they have their own capacity limits, and they can have their own set of tickets. You can also sell tickets that can have access to or register someone for multiple datetimes.
– Multiple Datetimes and Tickets –
This allows you to save time and energy creating more of the same events, and makes it easier for your audience to find the right event.
Incentivize Your Audience to Buy More Tickets
Do you want to offer discounts if someone purchases a bundle of tickets, or perhaps you give them a discount for buying more and more tickets? With the Advanced Event Editor you can offer a lot of great discount ticket options to your audience.
– Ticket Bundles –
Ticket bundles let you set pre-determined amounts of tickets for a certain price.
– Graduated Pricing –
Graduated pricing offers an incentive for your audience to get a lower price for each ticket they purchase within a given quantity.
The right ticket options can simplify your ticket options and incentivize your audience to buy more tickets.
Simplify Your Ticket Options
Bundling datetimes into one ticket can let your audience select one ticket and checkout rather than having to select multiple tickets and register for each ticket individually. This saves your attendees time and shows them the value of going to more events.
– Datetime Bundles –
You can also set a certain ticket to be required with their purchase or registration. This allows you to make sure they get the required tickets, but then they can also choose from additional options.
Modify Prices with Taxes, Fees and Discounts
With the Advanced Event Editor you get access to the Prices administration page. You can configure pre-defined tax rates. You can also manually apply fees and discounts to each ticket.
Control the Layout of Your Event Details and Event List Pages, and the Ticket Selector
You can include or exclude the details of your events on the event list, event details page, and the ticket selector. You can also re-arrange the information so that the information is ordered just how you want it. Perhaps you want the event description before the tickets…. you can do that.
Perhaps you don’t want to show your ticket details… you can do that too.
We hope you realize how powerful the Advanced Event Editor is.
